Terms of Service
Last updated 21 September 2026
These terms are a contract between you (the customer opening an account, and each user you authorise) and Rent360 (“we”, “us”) for use of the software and services at rent360.co (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
1. The Service
Rent360 is property rental management software for landlords and property managers: buildings and units, leases and renewals, tenants and owners, post-dated cheques and receipts, maintenance and vendors, inspections, notices, reports and a tamper-evident evidence ledger. We may add, change or remove features; we will not materially reduce the core functionality of a paid plan during its term without notice.
2. Accounts and users
- You must provide accurate details and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for everything done under your account and your users’ accounts.
- You decide which of your staff get access and at which role. Tell us immediately at info@rent360.co if you suspect unauthorised use.
- You must be at least 18 and using the Service for business purposes.
3. Plans, fees and payment
- Current plans and prices are shown on rent360.co (for example the free Pilot plan, Standard at AED 499 per month and Pro at AED 1,499 per month, each with unit and seat limits; Enterprise on request). Prices exclude VAT unless stated.
- Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, by card through Stripe or by invoice where we agree. Fees are non-refundable except where these terms or the law say otherwise.
- If a payment fails or an invoice is unpaid 14 days after its due date we may suspend the account after notice; data is retained during suspension.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice; changes apply from your next renewal.
4. Your data
- Everything you and your users enter or upload (“Customer Data”) belongs to you. You grant us the licence needed to host, process, back up and display it in order to provide the Service.
- You are responsible for having the right to enter tenant, owner and vendor data, including identity documents, and for complying with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and any other law that applies to you. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal data.
- You can export your data at any time. On termination we keep it for 30 days so you can export it, then delete it, except where we must retain it by law.
5. Acceptable use
You must not: use the Service to break any law or anyone’s rights; upload malicious code; try to gain unauthorised access to the Service or other customers’ data; resell or share the Service outside your organisation; scrape or copy it to build a competing product; or use it to send unsolicited messages. We may suspend accounts that breach this section.
6. Evidence ledger, notices and AI features
- The evidence ledger records actions with hash-chained timestamps so that tampering can be detected. It is a record-keeping tool; whether a record is accepted in any legal proceeding is for the relevant authority to decide.
- Generated notices, rent calculations, screening summaries and other outputs — including those produced with AI — are drafts and aids. You must review them before relying on them. Rent360 does not give legal, tax or financial advice.
7. Availability and support
We aim for the Service to be available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability; planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible. Support is by email at info@rent360.co on UAE business days; Pro and Enterprise plans may include additional support as agreed.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, design and documentation belong to Rent360 and its licensors. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it during your subscription. Feedback you give us may be used without obligation.
9. Confidentiality
Each side will keep the other’s non-public information confidential and use it only for this agreement, except where disclosure is required by law.
10. Warranties and liability
- The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we exclude all implied warranties.
- Neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of data (beyond our obligation to keep backups). Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury, or anything that cannot be limited by law.
- You will indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your Customer Data or your breach of these terms.
11. Term and termination
- Monthly plans continue until cancelled; annual plans run for the year and renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel from the application or by email; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
- Either side may terminate for material breach not cured within 14 days of notice. We may terminate free accounts that have been inactive for 6 months after notice.
12. General
- These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a separate written agreement between us says otherwise.
- We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means acceptance.
- If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in force. These terms, the Privacy Policy and any order form are the whole agreement between us.
